Toasting bread conducts more than 30mA.

My cheap toaster + some unevenly cut bread = impromptu RCD breaker test. Apparently some bread bit got in contact with the heater wire and nicely conducted some current to the chassis, which is safety-grounded...with the expected effect:

everything goes blip and things go dark and quiet real quickly.

Which isn't that big a deal, only most of my computers have encrypted filesystems and all but one are headless, and even with precautions taken for that kind of event it's a bit of a hassle to reinstate everything.
